What is QHHT? (quantumn healing hypnosis technique)
QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, is a one-day hypnosis session designed to transform your life by uncovering answers and solutions to your most pressing questions and problems. This includes physical healing.
QHHT was developed by Dolores Cannon, a pioneer and author of 19 books in the field of hypnosis, who has crafted this technique over her 45 year career. Today there are around 100,000 practitioners around the world.
Why is preparation important for a QHHT session?
The entire session is based on the questions you prepare, so make sure to devolve attention, time and love to preparing those.
You’ll see. Your subconscious will be already preparing to give you those insights during the day.
It has been noted by my professional QHHT colleagues and I, that often, when the appropriate care is given to preparing, the healing process can begin even before the QHHT session itself!

Steps to prepare for your QHHT session
1. Set your intentions
QHHT might be the most important life direction and healing experience you might have. So it is important to set your intention to be open to learning about your self and healing.
To do that, in a QHHT, we ask all clients to prepare their list of questions.
This is an integral part of the process, as designed by Dolores, and as echoed by all experienced and professionally trained QHHT practitioners.

2. Practise relaxation techniques
Although the only preparation needed for the session is to prepare your questions, these extra tips, if you feel inspired to follow, can enhance your already amazing experience!
If you practice meditation already, you can practice meditation, or more meditation in the days preceding your session.
The best meditations are relaxation techniques, and guided visual journeys.
3. Get plenty of rest
Emphasize the scientific link between rest and mental clarity.
EEAT Prompt: Include a note about how well-rested clients tend to achieve better session outcomes, as observed by practitioners.
4. Stay hydrated
Provide practical advice on hydration and its role in maintaining physical and mental balance.
Cite general wellness principles or recommendations from health experts.

Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before your session to ensure mental clarity.

Common Questions About QHHT Preparation
What should I bring to a QHHT session?
When going to a QHHT session, apart from bringing with you the list of questions, you can also bring a light snack.
QHHT sessions last many hours, usually 5-6, and some people like to have a light snack with them .
What should I wear?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing for relaxation, this will help with the entire process.
What if I am nervous about being hypnotised?
It can certainly happen. And it’s ok. Don’t worry. QHHT is the most amazing technique, and a Level 3 QHHT practitioner like me will deliver it in the most authentic and effective way!
Also, it is very important to understand that while the QHHT practitioner plays a crucial role in the process, the answers and healing will come from your own Higher Self, your own subconscious.
Anything you will receive during the session, will be delivered by your subconscious with the full knowledge and intent that it well help you.
You will have an amazing session!
Should I eat or drink anything special before the session?
The best thing is to have a nice balanced meal and be hydrated.
Can I drink coffee or caffeinated beverage before my session?
The best thing is to be your normal habitual self. If you normally drink coffee, then please ahead and do so. You can perhaps reduce slightly if you want to.
Is there an age limit or health condition that could prevent me from doing QHHT session?
QHHT is suitable for everyone is long as you are 16 years of age or older.
The only condition for which QHHT is not advisable is schizophrenia.
Can I record my QHHT session and should I bring recording equipment?
Your QHHT practitioner will usually record your session and give you a copy after.

Just take sometime to reflect upon your life and come up with the most important questions and problems that you want answers, direction and healing too.
