It’s just that our minds are different and we respond in different ways… The recording of your hypnosis session that you receive will fill in all the gaps, allowing you to remember everything.

QHHT is inherently safe. This is because the practitioner never forces anything. A QHHT practitioner does not chose, for example, what memories the client accesses in hypnosis. They also don't create or implant their own suggestions into the mind of the client, as is often done in traditional forms of hypnotherapy. In QHHT, the session is really led by the all-knowledgeable and loving Higher Self, that knows everything about the client's life, body and mind, and will only show and share with the client what helps them improve their life.

QHHT is much deeper than a past life regression. The hypnosis session is divided into 2 parts. In the first part, clients are shown whatever the Subconscious/Higher Self deems to be the most appropriate and helpful. This can come in many different forms, such as a past life, or it can be a series of memories from the current life, but it might also be space in between lives, where the soul creates their plan for the current life, and even lives the soul had before ever entering the earth system.
