Having spent around a year practising meditation irregularly without any guidance or direction, I came across Ignazio and began doing spiritual mentoring sessions with him which quickly cemented meditation as a core part of my life.

At the end of our first session, I was amazed to find how profoundly my mental state was changed after a short guided meditation - and that was just the beginning! During the session I got access to the information of how my emotional and mental life experiences got stored in my body as "symptoms" from which to get messages. As I had tried past life regression with an experienced hypnotherapist last year, I was interested in having a QHHT session with someone with an expanse of knowledge and awareness. Ignazio is both highly experienced as a QHHT practitioner as he is Level 3 qualified AND has a very deep understanding of the journey of the human soul- this comes from his overall background and learning over 20 years as well as his experience as a QHHT practitioner.My experience with Ignazio was nothing short of incredible. I didn’t really appreciate what the effects of the session would be. I had the session over a month ago and have already had profound shifts in my own awareness. I fully embrace my own true path and the focus, clarity and courage I now have to live as authentically as possible is liberating.The session itself was intellectually fascinating. During the session, I saw that I worked for someone historically important in Japan and following the session, I did some googling and I actually found the Japanese Emperor I worked for and unique historical facts about him matched my own experience in the QHHT session- paintings of him even looked like what I saw in the session! I am definitely no history buff and have zero knowledge of Ancient Japanese History so this floored me.Similarly I saw ancient lands of what is present day Zambia- I grew up in this country. I couldn’t make sense of why I was seeing pygmies in ancient Zambia as I wasn’t aware of Pygmies living in Zambia. Again I googled it and sure enough, once upon a time San Pygmies did inhabit the land that is now Zambia and do possess the distinct features I saw in my QHHT session.Intellectual curiosity aside, what I found most valuable, are that the questions that I asked about myself were answered with such clarity. I felt such a strong connection to the teachings of both the past lives as well as a current life regression that it allowed me to have a much greater understanding of what my own belief systems are. It was after this session that I realised most of us have scant knowledge of our own belief systems- I see it all around me now. Most people don’t really understand why they are drawn to whatever they are drawn to or why they reject something else and this makes us feel discombobulated much of our lives. Psychologists have largely led us to believe that we are the way we are because of our childhoods. However, once you look at your past lives, specifically within the context of the questions you provide prior to the session, you come to realise that your childhood and other experiences in this life are only the tip of the icebergIgnazio’s own awareness allows him to help you to refine your questions in such a way so that you get as much out of the session as possible. I had a couple of friends try QHHT with other practitioners, and with all due respect to them, when we compared notes, I saw that Ignazio took me to a much, much deeper level than my friends had been taken.I really do see why QHHT can be the ultimate type of regression therapy though I believe that Ignazio made this happen for me. I’ve attended Ignazio’s workshops and had a few 1-2-1 sessions in the last few months. Ignazio is really patient, really listens and adapts how he leads the 1-2-1 sessions each time. I’m enjoying learning from him immensely, but most of all, I come away amazed at how much he tries to simplify complex ideas and take my random thoughts and really help fit the jigsaw pieces together.
