DESCRIPTION
A 4 day retreat of playful awareness through group games and fun, meditation, yoga, acro-yoga, tai chi, Kunf fu, music, percussions, dance and more as a chance to grow together while having fun. An inner and outer deep spiritual and fun journey. Playful Awareness was born from a series of synchronicities, what may seem like a series of ordinary events, but hiding the power of what you can do when you really choose how to live your life! WHY ARE WE DOING THIS? Be together, spend time as a group having fun, opening up our spiritual dimensions through playful awareness,m games, fun, and meditative and mindfulness practices. Connect with our own Soul discovering our selves, and learn how to keep this connection in our everyday life Live an enlightening and fun adventure in a group, a community, together. ACTIVITIES AND PRACTICES. Adventure and the element of surprise will be a key part of the natural flow of things and of the experience of the group and of each participant. Some examples of activities and practices are: Yoga, Acro-yoga, Deep Meditation, Group circles with drumming, songs and dances, spiritual storytelling. Breathwork and Pranayamas, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, mystical walks and many more surprises! WHO WILL BE GUIDING THE RETREAT? Playful Awareness was born from the ideas of 4 life long friends. In 2002, mysteriously independently, yet at the same time, they all went through a powerful Spiritual Awakening, which changed the course of their lives. Since them they have all been following different lives path, but always in touch, always as friends, and many years later they have deiced to answer their calling to put together their energies and knowledge to lead events and retreats based on blending a Playful Awareness with effective and ancient spiritual practices. Ignazio Dentici Deep Meditation and Self-Knowledge (MPA) guide, Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP) teacher, Hypnotherapist specialised in Past Lives Regression and contact with Spiritual dimensions of the Higher Self. Vincenzo Floridia Vincenzo has been practising MPA meditation for about 18 years and martial art for 11 with the Scuola Non Scuola, a meditation and martial art school in Rome, founded by Pier Giorgio Caselli, which for many years now has been spreading a new way to live and blend ancient practices such as meditation, martial arts and Yoga. Luigi Mercurio Luigi has been practising various fluid and physical disciplines since he was little, such as Yoga and martial arts, especially the more internal ones such as taichi. Around 7 years ago he meets Francesca, now his wife, and with her develops what is to become their greatest passion: acro yoga . Stefano Della Spora Musician, percussionist and artistic director. Expert in world travel, Meditator, Teacher of contact with nature and playfulness. FOOD For meals, everyone will be free to organise themselves. ( Self- catering)
Eating in Sicily is not very expensive, however there are many options to choose from according to your tastes and your possibilities: - Along the beach and in the village of Oliveri (attached to our places of practice) you can find excellent bars and taverns where you can appreciate local delicacies (from granitas for breakfast to fish, vegetables and meat for main meals) - If you want to cook, there are several market and fruit and vegetable shops to shop. Marinello Camping also offers half board and full board options. In addition to the booking fee, the retreat itself will be offered on donations. You will be able to make your donation before hand,when transferring the booking fee, or during/after the retreat. LOCATION The retreat will take place in the beautiful Natural Reserve: " Laghetti di Marinello" The Natural Oriented Reserve "Marinello Lakes" is a sandy beach area by a beautiful transparent and crystal, clear sea. The beach is surrounded by a inspiring landscapes characterised by the presence of small ponds created by fine strips of sand continually shaped by winter stormy seas and is famous for the legend that gives it a special aura of mystery. The camping Village called " La Baia del Principe" will be our main hub and point of reference, where some of the activities will take place, and where it will be possible to stay and sleep.
ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
1) Camping (10/14 euro per day per person more or less): - "Baia del Principe" campsite. Morning workshops will be held in this campsite, in the shade of the trees. It is 8-10 minutes on foot from the entry of the Reserve. It is equipped with mini-market free wi-fi. See the campsite on the link below for more information: http://www.baiadelprincipe.it/ - "Camping Villaggio Marinello", it is 8-10 minutes on foot from the “baia del Principe” campsite and 2 minutes from the entry of the Reserve. It is equipped with various facilities such as mini-market, bar, pizzeria, restaurant, kiosk, wi-fi. For more information on how to reach it, rates and accommodations (eg. Tent / bungalow / mobile home / small apartment) you can connect to the link below: www.villaggiomarinello.it For those of you who choose to go camping you need to bring your tent, sleeping bag. 2) Shared apartment ( 20 euro per person per day more or less): You can rent rooms in shared flats, close to the beach and to the place where the classes will be held. You have to do it by yourself looking for "apartment in OLIVERI" or "B&B Oliveri". You should bring: Total sun protection cream, after-sun cream, sun hat, mosquito repellent and / or fumigator, a beach towel, a large towel (2x2) for practising on the beach and lots of intention to have fun !!
