Booking Terms & Refund Policy
To book your spot for an event please send an e-mail to or use the contact form on the website. Please refer to the event your are booking for.
Please proceed to payment on line if applicable (some events are free or can be paid for by cash on the day)
The general terms of payment and refund are as follows:
1) Some events may require a deposit to secure your spot. This is not refundable.
2)All payments made above the deposit fee are refundable if cancellation happens within 7 days from the event.
3) If cancellation happens within 24 hours, a 50% refund will apply
4) No refund will apply in case of no show
5) Other terms may apply. If so, they would be specified in the event description. For example retreats may require advanced payment for booking of accommodation etc..
