Early Morning Group Meditation
The practice of Meditation is one of the most powerful and transformational practices we can ever gift ourselves with. And the secret to meditation is to practice regularly, or better yet daily! This beautiful morning remote gathering is a chance to be inspired and inspire others to a regular practice that can set you for the day, and support your spiritual awakening. Every morning - weekdays, Monday to Friday - we connect via zoom at 6:15 am (UK time) to practice 30 minutes of Silent Meditation together. A Himalayan Singing Bowl signals the start and end of the sitting.
We are all connected with microphones silenced, and videos can be turned on or off. You can also optionally join earlier, at 6:00 am for 15 minutes of Yoga Postures to wake the body up and prepare it for the day and for meditation.

You will then receive a link and be included in the group mailing list in order to receive any updates to the schedule or support material for meditation practices. These sessions are suitable for people who already practice meditation. The Yoga section before meditation begins is open to all levels.
